Terms of Service

By purchase a YCH you consent to the following information,and will be held to the terms listed above.

Details that you should keep in mind

  • English isn't my mother language, so it's better for your description to be brief and clear.

  • I love artistic freedom and the usage of my character

Payments

  • I accept Paypal only, The payment is in full advance because the slots are limited.

  • There is no possibility of refund because the slots are limited.

The YCH you want is sold?

Although it is sold until the request because i can open more slots (this way you ensure your purchase)

After work

  • This is for the PUBLIC internet use. I don't normally accept private commissions, I publish almost all my works, but we can negotiate it!

  • You can upload your YCH work to your galleries, use as headers, icons, etc.

  • You must credit me when using the image in public.

  • You may not sell the image I produced even if the character(s) belong to you; it's for non-commercial use.

  • You may not claim the image I produced is made by you.

  • You are not allowed to use or reproduce my artworks in ANY commercial use BUT we can negociate it . This includes prints or buttons sold on conventions etc.

It's important to consider

  • The YCH will be made in order of purchase, the faster you buy it, the faster you will have your art.

  • Character references must be images or a reference sheet please. No descriptions , descriptions are for creating reference sheets.

  • Only your character will be added, the outfits will not be changed, no details will be added, it will only be your character here. There is no problem with the species, gender or body type, there may be an exception because a character requires having a penis or boobs but depending on the art theme.

  • Keep in mind that I have a queue.

  • I need permits and verification of the fursonas you want in your art, this is mandatory for the nsfw arts.

  • I'll talk only with 1 person for each YCH, even if the YCH art has more than 1 character, details will be sent to 1 contact, not more.

  • Occasionally, I use other pieces for artistic inspiration. If this is not acceptable to you, please make sure to let me know ahead of time, so that we can avoid any miscommunications or misunderstandings. So there will be no refund for this fact.
